Is Skyglow Music Festival suitable for young children?
Yes – Skyglow is designed for families, with entertainment suitable for a wide range of ages.
Do I need to book tickets in advance?
Yes. We recommend booking in advance as tickets are limited and events may sell out.
How do I book tickets?
Click the ‘Book Tickets’ links on individual event pages.
How do we receive our tickets?
e-tickets are issued to the email provided at time of booking. Please check you have entered your email address correctly.
If you do not receive your tickets, please check your spam and junk folders.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Tickets are non-refundable, so please make sure you select the correct date and venue before completing your booking. Tickets are not transferable between locations.
Can we buy tickets on the day?
On the day bookings can be taken in person at the Box Office or online if they haven’t sold out.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes access to all live music, shows, activities, workshops and the evening glow experiences.
Charges apply for the funfair, inflatable arena, and food and drink.
Do children need a ticket?
Yes, all attending children require a valid ticket unless stated otherwise on the ticketing page.
Can I bring a buggy?
Absolutely. The event is buggy-friendly. Be aware of weather conditions as the event is held outside on grass. We recommend lightweight or foldable buggies where possible.
Is seating available?
No seating, however you are welcome to bring your own camping chairs and picnic blankets. You may be asked to fold away camping chairs when not in use.
What time should we arrive?
Gates open at 12pm. You’re welcome to arrive at any time during the day, but we recommend arriving earlier to make the most of everything on offer.
What time does the event finish?
The event closes at 10pm, following the evening glow experiences.
Can we leave and re-enter the event?
Re-entry until 7pm.
Will food and drink be available?
Yes. A wide range of food and drink traders will be available on-site, offering options for both adults and children. Both cash and card payment methods accepted.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Snacks may be brought in. No alcohol to be brought into the venue.
Is there camping at the festival?
No. This is a day festival with no camping.
Can I smoke/vape?
Smoking/vaping is permitted in the open air but please be respectful to other festival attendees.
Is Skyglow accessible?
We aim to make Skyglow as accessible as possible. Venues offer step-free access and accessible toilet facilities.
Do carers need a ticket?
Yes. We do not offer carer concessions.
What happens if it rains?
Skyglow goes ahead in most weather conditions. Please dress appropriately.
Will the event be cancelled due to weather?
Only in extreme or unsafe conditions. In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will be contacted directly.
Can I apply to be a trader/vendor?
Yes. Please apply via our application form:
Prohibited items
Bag and body searching is a condition of entry and anyone found to be in possession of any of the below items cannot enter the event.
Opened water bottles or drinks bottles. However, you may bring an empty reusable water bottle or sealed water bottles.
Alcohol, including alcohol in a sealed bottle.
Illegal drugs and narcotics including drug paraphernalia and nitrous oxide.
Any bladed article or offensive weapons including ‘pepper spray.
Fireworks, explosives or flares.
Needles or sharp objects, with the exception of medications such as epi-pens or insulin.
Glass.
Flags or poles.
Air horns or drones.
Tents or gazebos.
Hi-Vis waistcoats, jackets or vests.
Bicycles or scooters.
Unmanned aerial vehicles (aka Drones).
Sports equipment.
Lawn games.
Balls.
Pets (unless they are working guide dogs in livery).
Any articles that could cause harm to the public or property.
